Graphic Design Co-op (2010)

As a Graphic Designer on a Co-op at an environmental design firm, I designed identifying, way-finding, and informational signage systems for libraries, schools, and museums in compliance with company design standards. I analyzed architectural drawings and collaborated with architects and clients to determine signage needs. I redesigned and updated two company websites; I implemented javascript slideshows and media player to improve user experience.

Thoreau Path is a park in downtown Boston that was undergoing improvements and required updated signage. I researched and determined the content and imagery for the informational signage. I designed the map and layout for each of the 2-sided panels.

The Firestone Library at Princeton University was undergoing renovations and required updated signage. I aided in the typography, color palette, map design, technical specifications, and google sketch up perspective views.

The Pritzker Science Center at Milton Academy was being built and requIred signage. I designed educational science panels which are displayed throughout the LEED certified building to explain the green qualities of the structure. The summary panel, which features all of the panels throughout the building, is shown here in the entryway.
